Wouldja believe this little vixen wasn’t a regular on the WB!’s “The O.C.”originally? Nope. Rachel was just a recurring character when she started. Not a bad catch at all, considering her only previous TV experience were guest stints on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “8 Simple Rules… for Dating My Teenage Daughter.”
