Before we say anything about Catherine Bell, let's be quick to point out that she's been kickboxing for over 10 years and can easily find her way around a shooting range. So yeah, she could certainly kick our butt without breaking a sweat (or a... gulp... nail). Anyways, other than a few sitcom guest appearances, you should recognize Ms. Bell as the lead in the military drama J.A.G.
