For the longest time, Nicole Kidman was pretty much famous for being "that actress married to Tom Cruise." Sure she had a few decent hit movies like "Days of Thunder," "Far and Away" and "To Die For." But it wasn't until Hollywood's hottest couple started calling it quits that her career really took off. That's when she stepped up her career a few notches with "Moulin Rouge," "The Others," "The Hours" and "Cold Mountain." Heck, she even won her first Oscar just two years after dumping the Cruisester.
